Capparis Goat Cheeses

The family run goats' cheese business Capparis Cheeses is a hugely popular stall at the Markets.
No wonder once you taste cheeses made by Aled Hoggett at the family farm in Gloucester.
His cheeses have won a haul of medals at the Royal Easter Show and are used by the best restaurants and chefs around the Hunter. In fact Aled has 27 awards, including seven golds.

Capparis is in the Cattle Pavilion in the left row and it is here you will find the Fresh, Sec, Fetta, Blue, along with some goat and cow cheese blends including Tibbuc (a camembert style) and Bundook, a blue.
