The Hunter Valley Pasta Co makes a huge range of ribbon and flat pastas, not to mention pastas, sauces and take-home meals in a specially built kitchen in New Lambton.
The Pasta Co is always at the markets selling a huge range of their products, from slabs of fresh pasta, to freshly made fettucine, linguine and spaghetti, just to name a few styles of fresh pasta.
At the Hunter Valley Pasta Co you can also buy Herbies Herbs, that fantastic range of fresh herbs and spices.
